Naples Naturals Return Policy

Refund Eligibility

Returned items must be returned undamaged in its original package. We apologize but we cannot accept returns of :

  1. Opened dietary supplements
  2. Items that have been used
  3. Items with damaged/missing product packages.

Naples Naturals will accept returned items within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product purchase price (you must pay the return mailing costs). Please contact us to obtain a return authorization. If you do not obtain and include a return authorization email, we will not know who authorized the refund and so there will be no refund. Refrigerated products, sale items and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Items must be properly packaged and returned at the customer's expense. Please email us tracking information so that we can verify receipt and we must receive these products unused, unopened and in the same condition as originally delivered. When you return products to us, please don't forget to include the authorizing email, package them adequately and return via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS to:
